you are unsure/need assuarance

3. Items are currently available in hand unless stated otherwise.

4. All sales are final. So do think carefully before making a commitment.

5. Payment or deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation.

6. Preordered items need to be paid in full
OR
50% deposit and balance once bag is with me.

7. Pre-ordered items will take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive.

8. Installments can be arranged, so do ask. Up to 3
installments for purchases above RM1000.

9. All items will be shipped to you once I have
received full payment. (M'sia, Brunei & S'pore)

10. Hand delivery can be organised in certain areas.

13. Goods are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.

14. All bags are new and come with a tag, care card, wrapped with COACH tissue paper or in a dustbag.

15. Some of the smaller bags do not have a dustbag and there is no leather patch with serial number on the inside of bag.

16. Most COACH products are manufactured
in China under licence.
